One of six Equity Fundamentals short courses, each focused on a single protected characteristic. This one runs in seven parts, fully online, and you can work through it at your own pace.
Who it is for: any member of staff who wants a grounded, practical understanding of sexual orientation and LGBTQ+ inclusion in a school setting. Works well for individuals, and for whole teams doing it together.
