Disability: Short Course

Explore how environment, language, policy and practice affect disabled people's experiences, and how to lead with access and dignity in mind.

One of six Equity Fundamentals short courses, each focused on a single protected characteristic. This one runs in four parts, fully online, and you can work through it at your own pace.

Who it is for: any member of staff who wants a grounded, practical understanding of disability and access in a school setting. Works well for individuals, and for whole teams doing it together.
