The Global DEI Leaders Programme
An 8-session training programme designed specifically for DEI leaders in British International Schools.
The programme runs as a cohort, with live sessions and a shared hub, alongside recorded content and reading you can return to. Sessions cover intersectionality and systems of privilege, critical allyship and social responsibility, organisational culture and structural inclusion, ethical responses to discrimination and microaggressions, equity, access and opportunity, global perspectives on diversity and inclusion, and how to develop a DEI strategic plan for your school using the Being Luminary Maturity Evaluation.
Each theme comes with further reading and resources across the protected characteristics, so you can go deeper where your school needs it most.
Who it is for: the person leading on diversity, equity and inclusion in an international school, whether that is a named DEI lead, a senior leader or a head of department who has taken it on.
