The Being Luminary Short Course

The short, fully online version of our signature Being Luminary Programme. It is designed for flexibility, so you can work through it at your own pace, in your own time.

The course runs across six sessions. Each one comes with a downloadable, fillable workbook, paired with videos and short recorded lectures that add depth and context. The sessions cover DEI for cultural excellence, the legal case for diversity, equity and inclusion, the social justice case, and how to structure and sustain this work in your organisation.

The Being Luminary approach is human first. It creates a safe, guilt-free and blameless environment where everyone is expected to take part fully, whatever their background or viewpoint. Sceptics and outliers are part of the conversation, not outside it.
